Lake Leota and the land of BodySongSpace provide habitat to wildlife within a recently designated Urban Growth Area, the City of Woodinville. An inextricable part of our venue is a mission to create an eco- buffer between the city and the wilder areas nearby. The chain link fence that surrounds the property is covered in native plantings. This creates a wildlife corridor, also known as a hedgerow. The sound and visual screening that the plants provide creates a world of it's own. Our entrance however is not gated. The large lawn area is suitable for outdoor events of 50 people. There are 2 ways down to the lake, stone stairs & a more easily navigated lawn type pathway. There is limited vehicle access down to the lawn area, for set-up and tear down of events. There is on-site parking for 4-10 vehicles, depending on the arrangement. On street parking is ample.

Side patio in also the entry to the laundry room which includes a shower for swimmers & a large sink for cleaning fish.

Dock: Wide-body canoe, life vests.

The large flat mossy lawn is open space for outdoor events of up to 50 people, with two ways down to the lawn, dock & lake. One is a wide gradual path that vehicles can also use for set-up and tear down of summer events. The other is a stone stair case with a dramatic landing.

The upstairs studio provides indoor open space while the main floor of the house bridges the two with all the amenities of modern life.
